Ginny Piech Street:
Ginny holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in printmaking. She works primarily in collage, painting paper and cutting it to compose her colorful and often humorous collages. She works intuitively, allowing color and shape to direct her compositions. Her aesthetic perspective is directly influenced by her time spent in western Kentucky, the Low Country of South Carolina and the tropics of the Florida Keys. She is currently involved in the development of GAGA, a joint effort with fellow artist, Anita Prentice, which mixes some of their more experimental work with performance.
