David Greenberg:
Dave Greenberg, a retired orthopedic surgeon, began his career in photography fifteen years ago when he studied with Ronald Wohlauer, Chairman of the department of Photography, Community College in Denver, Colorado. Excited by the creativity of black and white photography, he continued his interest over the years. He also studied with Howard Bond, world renowned landscape photographer who has been published internationally. A full time resident of Colorado and a thirteen year part time resident of Hilton Head, he plans to make Hilton Head his full time home within the next year.

Believing in the concept that here is a difference between "taking pictures" and the craft of photography, he develops his film, prints his photographs and even drymounts the finished product.

His photographs reflect his fascination with the world around us. Extensive traveling both overseas and in North America has provided images that are varied and memorable. Since his retirement he has been able to devote more time to his photographic career.

Dave has been encouraged by prizes awarded at the Colorado State fair as well as the camera Club of Hilton Head.
